Our helicopter, carrying two pilots, senior doctors and paramedics, can be at any London location within 15 minutes of receiving a call, and although we are not allowed to fly at night we operate a fleet of rapid response cars that bring the same specialists to incidents all over the capital.

We have been operating since 1989 and have completed over 20,000 missions in that time. In 2008 alone we attended 1771 cases, including 687 road traffic accidents, 87 shootings and 291 stabbings.

We are a charity and as such rely on public support to stay operational.

We now need to raise £1,000,000 to keep flying this year!
